Salary
Salary will provide in accordance with the prevalent salary are fixed for every position by the employer’s firm and also negotiable.
Accommodation
Employer will provide free of charge.
Food
Employer will provide free of cost. If the employer does not have any arrangement of food supply than 25% of basic salary should be paid as food allowance or in accordance with the respective country’s labor law.
Medical
Employer will provide free of cost in accordance with the respective country’s labor law.
Vacation
ln accordance with the respective country’s labor law.
Working Hours
48 hours per week, eight hours per day, 6(six) days per week, one day will enjoy as holiday in a week.
Overtime
As required and in accordance with the respective country’s labor law.
Social Insurance
ln accordance with the employer’s respective country’s labor law
Period of Contract
Minimum two years subject to one-year extension.
